The Chimpanzee Forest Guesthouse is owned by local Ugandans and features 3 self-contained cottages that overlook Kibale Forest National Park while the 4th Cottage overlooks the Rwenzori Mountains.
There are rooms in the main building with shared washroom facilities since it was the house of the tea estate manager in the colonial times.
The expanse dining room is thatched and also houses the lounge area and the bar all offering the views of the surroundings. Organic food is freshly served while the drinks are adequate and can be served cold.
