A 7 Day Uganda wildlife Safari will be guided by Nature Adventure Africa Safari. You will visit the Murchison Falls Uganda’s biggest game park for thrilling game drives and Nile launch cruise, go for chimpanzee trekking in the Kibale forest, go for another game and birding experience also see lions in Ishasha sector in Queen Elizabeth national park.
On your first day of the safari, our Nature Adventure Africa Safari driver will pick you from the hotel or Entebbe international airport and he will brief you about the journey and then proceed to Murchison falls national park. You will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino trekking and later you will proceed to Masindi town where you will have your lunch from at Masindi hotel one of the historical hotels in Masindi district. You will reach Murchison falls and the driver will take you for evening game drive where you view some of the big 5 such lions, elephants, leopards, buffalos, rhinos among others. Then later you will check-in Paraa safari lodge for dinner and overnight.
In the next morning, you will have your breakfast and head for game drive where you view different wildlife like herds of elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes and bee-eater among others. Have lunch and return for afternoon activity on Nile River. You will go with the boat to bottom of the falls where the water falls forces it’s self out of the narrow rocks. You will spot animals such as crocodiles, hippos among others when at river bank drinking water. You will later go back to Paraa lodge for overnight and dinner.
The next morning after having breakfast, the driver will then transfer you to Kibale National Park. Kibale national park has the ever-green forest that contains a diverse array of landscapes, variety of mammals and bird species. Kibale national park is home to many chimpanzees and has habituation centre for chimpanzees. You will pass via Lake Albert where you will see beautiful view of Lake Albert and then proceed to Hoima for lunch. On arrival to Kibale national park you will check-in Kibale forest camp lodge for dinner and overnight.
The next day you will have morning breakfast and then proceed to park’s headquarters for briefing on rules and guidelines of conducting chimpanzees trekking. You will start the search in the jungle, a part from chimpanzees you will view other wildlife like bush pig, elephants, blue monkeys among others in case you get a chance to see them. Bird species will also be viewed during the trekking process and ever green savannah vegetation of Kibale national park. You can return to the lodge for lunch and later come back for nature walks in the nearby community. After nature walks, you go back lodge for dinner and overnight.
The next day after having breakfast, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park by Nature Adventure Africa Safari’s professional driver. On our way to the park, we get chances of spotting climbing lions from the park, buffaloes, water buck, and Uganda Kobs among others. You will check-in Mweya safari lodge, have lunch and later head for evening game drive. After evening game drive, return to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Wake up, take morning breakfast and go for game drive in kasenyi plains. Early game drives are so interesting because you can find when the animals are still sun bathing when they have not yet set off for hunting. The guide will help you to spot the wildlife like elephants, lions, leopards and some bird species. In case you didn’t leave the lodge with packed lunch, you can go back to the lodge and have lunch. Then later set off for boat cruise at Kazinga channel where you will be able to spot hippos, crocodiles and flamingos at the water side. After all that, return to Queen Elizabeth lodge for dinner and overnight.
In the morning, take breakfast and set off for Kampala. The driver will go slowly for you to view more wildlife while heading to Kampala. You will have a stopover at equator and that’s where you will have lunch and also having some refreshments like taking photographs and videos for remembrance. Later, you will proceed to Kampala and the driver will drop you either to airport or hotel and will be the end of your 7 days Uganda safari.
